- I'm so sick of USR I wanna puke. My 28.8 Sportster still isn't
- running correctly after numerous attempts to contact USR Customer
- Support via E-Mail (what a joke) and phone. Either got no response or
- limited interest. I give up, they win.

- So, who do I buy my next Modem from? I'm thinking about going to
- ISDN as well.

- I can read the product reviews/comparisons in industry mags to get
- the low down in terms of performance/quality. But, I'd like to get
- some opinions from readers re. customer support.
