  11.   I'm so sick of USR I wanna puke.    My 28.8 Sportster still isn't
  12. running correctly after numerous attempts to contact USR Customer
  13. Support via E-Mail (what a joke) and phone.  Either got no response or
  14. limited interest.  I give up, they win.

  16.   So, who do I buy my next Modem from?  I'm thinking about going to
  17. ISDN as well.

  19.   I can read the product reviews/comparisons in industry mags to get
  20. the low down in terms of performance/quality.  But, I'd like to get
  21. some opinions from readers re. customer support.
